Gender Equality is Everyone's Business
Women in Business is a student-led club at IESE Business School which advocates for an inclusive working environment, enabling women and men to thrive in their careers, through building healthy communication and empowering women in leadership.
The 2026 Annual conference will be the 11th edition of the club’s primary annual event and will bring together students, IESE faculty, and business networks for a full day of inspiring sessions. We expect 500 women and men from all over the world gathered to network, empower, and build a strong community to fulfil the vision.
